I'm Sara Poore, LMFT. I teach individuals to live in the moment and be happy. How is this even possible? It is possible by effectively learning awareness of our emotions, urges, and thoughts. People often feel stress, anxiety, and depression. I help people learn to regulate and accept their emotions. Collaboratively, we build skills for individuals to practice in their daily lives.
